      Fluff, whip, mix.

I'm a femmey femme who adores power tools
and prefers a good pair of 12-hole boots to
heels any day of the week. Personal mantra
is "utilitarian w/ ruffles," and I dream of someday owning a cute little cottage in the
woods with a metal forge and machine shop out back.

I'm rather middle of the road...blend, combine, beat. Occasionally I may venture into cream or possibly even fluff, especially if I'm drunk. I never Frappe or whip. Soory. It's just not my style.

Hmmmmm, I'm gonna be a little of a devils advocate and I hope I don't crash this thread. Aren't these blender settings just more labels? When putting them into ones identity, I find them ironic and definitely amusing, and though I know I'm amongst other people who's gender identity is well beyond the reaches of mainstream gender. I still want to see speak a bit and see what else sparks from this thread. Keep in mind this is an awesome thread, inspired me a bit, and I'll definitely answer it to the best of my ability.

Though strangely, it occured to me, and I'm probably going off on my own tangeant(but I will anyway, if nothing else for some fun debate). You know how stereotypes are in place for binary genders, couldn't some of these things like whatever "fill in the blank" fits you kind of things be the beginnings of Genderqueer stereotypes? I've already experienced many a binary "Transgendered" folks(I put the word in quotes cause I do not identify as a "transgendered" anything though I am chemically transitioning) reacting when I tell them I'm genderqueer by saying things like "Oh your Genderqueer, so you're androgynous!" Or, and this one I still find interesting and yet somewhat offensive "Genderqueer? Do you enjoy offending both genders with your gender bending?" The second quote was said by my Lesbian moms many years ago. Her vocabulary and ways she talks about Genderqueer folks, Trans folks and fluid Queer folks is mean. Though I also find it entertaining, cause the reality is with me, that sometimes I do enjoy destroying the stereotypes of gender. I just thought I would throw these thoughts out there.

Oh yeah and I would describe myself as.....

first the options available 1-10 of blender settings
      blend, fold, whip, combine

      Options not available on blenders
churn, twist, ferment, saturate, simmer and strain

      Sincerly,
      Ariel Archaicflame
